I am fairly certain you heard or read the same descriptive adjectives for Irish food as I have over the years: bland, overcooked, boiled, taste free, etc. Well, that is all myth and total malarkey! Check out some of these mouth-watering dishes, all of which one of us has had (perhaps you can guess who had what), and this is just a sample. I hope I am teasing you with these photos, because that is my intention. Of course, the coffees, teas, and beers are also excellent. I haven’t tried the Irish whiskeys yet, but maybe before we leave. I would recommend a visit to Ireland for the good food and drink if for nothing else. I hope you get your chance!
